Classes are designed for strength, recovery and nervous system balance

Breath & Being offers Vinyasa yoga, Yin yoga, Somatic yoga, Restorative yoga and Mat Pilates classes in Lincoln. Each class is guided through breath-led movement and a calm, supportive environment where strength develops alongside nervous system regulation.

Classes are intentionally small to allow personal attention and a grounded studio atmosphere. Whether you are beginning Yoga or Mat Pilates for the first time, returning to movement after time away, or deepening an existing practice, you are welcome to join.

Bookings are essential as class sizes are limited.

Soft Launch Schedule

The soft launch period runs until 30 April, creating space to explore a range of classes through a lighter timetable. Introductory pricing is available while the full schedule gradually unfolds.

10 Class Package

The 10 Class Pack is valid for 3 months from the date of first class booking.

This pass can be used across all Yoga and Mat Pilates classes at Breath & Being.

Bookings are required as class sizes are intentionally small. Cancellations within the notice period allow the class to be rebooked, while late cancellations or no-shows may result in the class being deducted.

The pass is non-transferable and valid for one person only.

Unlimited 2 Week Pass

The Unlimited 2 Week Pass is valid for 14 consecutive days from the date of first class booking.

This pass allows access to all scheduled Yoga and Mat Pilates classes during this period.

Bookings are required for all classes as spaces are limited. Late cancellations or missed classes may result in limited availability for future bookings within the pass period.

The pass is non-transferable and valid for one person only.
