Breath & Being offers Vinyasa yoga, Yin yoga, Somatic yoga, Restorative yoga and Mat Pilates classes in Lincoln. Each class is guided through breath-led movement and a calm, supportive environment where strength develops alongside nervous system regulation.
Classes are intentionally small to allow personal attention and a grounded studio atmosphere. Whether you are beginning Yoga or mat Pilates for the first time, returning to movement after time away, or deepening an existing practice, you are welcome to join.
Bookings are essential as class sizes are limited.
